Eligibility for Returns:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. Sunglasses must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.

How to Return:

• Contact service@sylvenaq.shop to receive a return authorization.
• Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receipt.

Exchanges: If you want to exchange a product, please indicate your preferred replacement when contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items:

1. Items damaged due to misuse
2. Prescription lenses that have been customized
